The IAEA Wireless Sensor Committee Meets in Korea

With IAEA delegates representing more than 12 member countries, Dr. Shankar, Director of the Energy Institute at Lehigh University and President and CEO of Signatech Systems, leads the effort on behalf of the agency to develop guidelines for the use of wireless technology for the safe and efficient operation of nuclear power plants. This was the 3rd meeting to complete the effort, held at the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST) in Gwangju, South Korea, September 25-29 2017.
